what goes around comes around, myler s--t on salford after hed played for great britain against france under smih he never played for salford again if he did it was the odd match.it was a well known fact hed signed for warrington after having smith whispering in his ear .

Yes but to be fair the eldest of them is still only 21. Apart from Shaun Edwards I cant really remember one doing that job so young in the last 30 years.(and even Edwards had the luxury of having Greg and Hanley with him in his early years) |

But again he had the same players to help him. Myler, Tomkins and Eastmond all have one thing that Goulding lacked - pace. That's why I always thought Goulding would have been better as a 9. |

I agree, bobbie goulding was a old head on young shoulders. He should have been a all time great if he didn't mess up at every club he was at. |

So true.
SE was a fantastic player for Wigan, but he did have this luxury. Not just that, he was protected by a fantastic pack in his formative years.
I wonder how many potential "SE's" have failed because they didn't have this luxury. |

I worked with his ex coach at Widnes St. Maries.
His view was always that Bobby (Bobbie) lacked pace and his biggest problem was his dad. I won't go any further on that subject on line. |
