Under the quota rules for next season, you are only allowed 5 players that have been trained overseas. From what I can see, with the three new boys and your current squad, you will possibly have
Leuluai counts as federation trained from being a youngster at Quins.
Richards & Carmont don't count as they were under contract before the new rules came in (and have Irish & Samoan passports, respectively). Riddell has already announced he is leaving, Feca, Phelps & Bailey (who you missed out) are all out of contract and expected to leave.
Our 5 quota spots, therefore, will be the three new signings plus Roberts, with room for one more.
