I think the OP more started it to point out that it's not just Wigan fans who leave early, it happens to all teams. There's nowt wrong with it unless the people who don't like it start paying for the tickets or put a clause in the sale

Its easy for the media to point the finger when fans leave beore the end. Lets not forget they get into games for nothing..

I don't leave before the end but IMO when we have the media somehow belittling a team and their supporters in the media... Its ridiculous, last week we had over 23k supporters at the DW and many would have listened to Mr Deardon and his histeria on GMR on their way home...
Wigan RL made all that effort to get that crowd for the game and for MR Deardon to belittle them, it would certainly make me think twice about attending in the future if I wasn't such a big wigan fan.. WE cannot underestimate the power of the media... even idiots on GMR,, an SKy for that matter..

IF RL wants to become a bigger sport in the country we have certainly got to stop focussing on the negative aspects of our sport, (which every sport has), and focus constantly on the positive.

Don't worry about it. There is big respect for Hull FC in the Wigan area. But, in response to the myths propogated by co**suckers like Dearden, Hunt (Leyth f**khead) and Warrington Wiggy, we always like to point out that other fans leave early when they're getting hammered too.
