| like many wiganers, i'll be sad to see him leave, just as i was when the likes of craig smith and pongia had to leave.
but if you flip it on the other side, how many of our "stars" have actually done much in coming back to haunt us? i don't remember the likes of aspinwall, wild, briscoe, newton etc doing much in the way of preventing us from winning silverware since they left wigan. of course, others who have left HAVE been crucial in games against us like Long etc but still, not the end of the world.
ok maybe they've helped their new sides win us on the few occasions they have but still, its no great hardship.
like i say, gutted he's leaving and i'd love him to suddenly bounce back into form if given the chance. i doubt he has a problem with MM and vice versa. could it not simply be he has literally lost form of his own accord just as the likes of fielden etc have in the past as well? all part of the game. we can't expect MM to keep him if he has other ideas or players available for the team especially home grown talent.
good luck to him and i will happily give him a cheer when he does a barmstorming run against us without flinching.

I would have loved him to be a part of a successful wigan side for years to come.
He has a talent that few in RL posses and it is a shame that MM and Feka have not been able to get it working this year.
Good luck big yin, there is no better sight in world sport than watching him bounce defenders off like rag dolls.
Feel free to shoot me down'"
Enjoyed watching Feka over the years . Good luck and thanks BIG MAN .
ps. If shooting at Tuggles mind no hit Hammish. "Hi wee man" .

Got to say i dont agree either, hes a really nice guy but ultimately doesnt put the work in to contribute more than 20 mins a game
He was great when wigan were on a roll already and he comes on but apart from that he struggled to influence the game at all
Id much rather have ben davies get a pay rise and give him a go

| Feka is a unique player.
He has attacking attributes that can create opportunities and momentum like no other prop in Super League. However, to have this luxury both the player & coach acknowledge and appreciate that the size and power needed to do the above affects his fitness, which limits his defensive and game time requirements.
He's a type player who's attributes have to suit a certain squad and their coaches methods of managing a winning side. At one point Feka's playing style worked for Wigan, though under a new coach and new playing methods it is proving much less effective.
It's fustrated me when supporters get on Fekas back and in regards to his fitness and defensive flaws, but that's the player we signed and we must expect flaws as sacrifices to provide the benefitial positives.
Feka has been a firm favourite amongst supporters at the club through out his Wigan career and always been involved with marketing. He's always had time for supporters, seemed to have loved his time at Wigan & in return the club stuck by him through his brush with the law. I hope the club and Feka leave on good terms, I wish him well at his next club and hope he gets a good reception upon his return.

| Good luck to him, could be a good move. I always personally found him to be a very polite and professional person of the pitch and on the pitch some moments of sheer delight - obviously just not as mutch as MM is aiming for and that is fair enough and his view as a coach - the team has to come first.
I hope it is a return to the old Wigan management logic of sell great players when they have peaked for us and replace them even better. Never went down well losing fan favourites, but just made the team stronger in the long run.
I'm already relishing the thought of seeing the impact of him and Lima running at each other!

Seconded. I can't see him getting anything other than a great welcome if he plays at Wigan.

I understand totally where you are comming from, however in previous seasons he was a great asset to the team.
I watch RL to be entertained, and few have entertained me as much as feka over the last few years.
I will miss the way the crowd reacted when he made his first apperance of the night.
I have just been watching his highlights on youtube and they have really made me remember the good times.
I am honestly GUTTED that it has had to end this way.
Everyone is has a right to express an opinion, but at this momment i am sticking my fingers in my ears and saying "na, na, na, na!!!!!" because when it comes to the Big fella i aint listening.
My favorite player over the past few years and (to me at least) a propper legend.
I will have to dry my eyes and get back to work!!

| Sad to see him go, but fully understand why he's leaving. I hope Feka does well at Bradford as long as it's not against us.
Obviously we'll be a stronger outfit next year with him out and Lima in his place, it'll mean we can operate with a full compliment of props.

| Hi, as a Bulls fan I'd be interested to know which paper it was in? I think he fits the type of player the Bulls have specialised in before, but mixed feelings as to whether or not he's what we need now. I'd like to see some quality backs in. I presume you're replacing him with Lima, which probably fits with MMs style of having more mobile, fitter forwards. However, can't say I've been impressed with him when I've seen him for the Storm, seems error prone and doesn't get much more game time than Feka. He's obviously better in defense than Feka though. Anyway, any steer you give about where this is and whether or not is has been confirmed would be helpful. Cheers.

| Wish him all the best, although I wish he's have joined a club on the up instead on one on the decline.
Let's hope he can go out with a reminder to Wigan fans of what he can really do starting with tonight.

| Good luck to the big guy. In a lot of the games under Noble the standard of rugby was relatively boring, with only Feka, Hock or Barrett providing any real entertainment.

| Feka is one of those rare players today who, when they get the ball, the crowd gets to it's feet anticipating.
Sad to see him leave.

Something very wrong with what you've been watching if you think Lima doesn't get much more game time than Feka, have you been watching the storm matches on fast forward?
He's consistently averaged 47/48 minutes per game since he Joined the Storm in 2008, and during his time on field has typically put in ~ 70% more tackles than Feka per game, whilst making both more metres per game (backs up the fact he's on the field a lot longer) and more metres per carry than Feka
Lima's been a bit quiet this Season for the storm, but so have several of their players GI & Cam Smith for example - understandable given the cicumstances around that club.
I wish Feka all the best in the future, and he's provided some good entertainment - that's my heart speaking. My head speaking feels we're better off without him and having Lima instead.

What's that coming over the hill.......: |
|
| I'm absolutely gutted that Feka is leaving
I still believe he hasn't been allowed to show what a great played is under the reign of MM, he isn't given enough match time and gets slated as from people saying it's because he can't last that long on the pitch, he always manages longer when playing for the under 20's.
MM definately has some problem with Feka
I wish Feka and his family all the very best for the future, he's a true gent!
