We were quite simply appauling tonight, our right hand defence was non-existant and we made a hell of a lot of silly mistakes. Credit to Quins though, all of their tries were very good to watch and they were the much better team.
That said, the man of the match by a good way IMO was Liam Farrell, played out of his skin, scored two tries, had a third chalked off that i'd like to see again, and made a great break down the left before succumbing to cramp, resulting in him going off the pitch.

| Tonight I feel like I have been beaten up by the school geek. 
Should have beat them by 18, struggled with Salford, Sheffield and beat by Quins. I think we are in our form dip. |

We'll get mullered by Leeds tomorrow night. But then again, you'd be hard pressed to find any Saints fan wondering where Saints' next loss will come from. We pretty much know it could come at any time and we aint deluded into thinking that ten wins brings a trophy, unlike some on here in recent weeks!
There is a simple pleasure in seeing Wigan getting beaten at any time but especially when so many Pies have been oozing cockiness before we've even reached the halfway mark.

i think the players have been believing that aswel. im mean we had joel talking to the local paper on tues saying they want to make the dw a "fortress"! lol
firstly id say well done to quins, some of there play was very good! first half we are cruising the it went wrong from the 1st tackle in the 2nd half we give away a penalty then the rest is history. 3 bad plays were we forced the wrong pass cost us.
were still top and it will give maguire and co alot to think about.should have tommy, coley gleeson? back for next week.
