Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever

IMO if we like it or not Aussies have done a good job for other clubs. Maguire has a decednt reputation, so should be given a chance. I do want to see us get at least to a final by 2011. |

Quite. Noble had plenty of time to prove himself so lets give this guy the same.
Its going to take a good few months for his methods, style and tactics to take effect. Im not saying next year is going to be another "development" year as I do expect to see improvements but to expect silverware or even final appearences in his first season is just short sighted.
Hopefully he will breathe fresh air into the club and take us to the next level as well as get us playing an exciting brand of RL. |

I am not saying I know that but he has been coaching the backs at Melbourne and they play superb rugby and can keep it simple when it needs to be. Wane can get our forwards running in hard, our academy run with more agression than the first team. |
