Ironically though his justification you highlight is spot on re Noble. We have stagnated for quite some time now and a new coach is needed to inject some new ideas.




We get to semi finals but no further. We need to be in a position to take the next step and Noble can't get us past this last hurdle. I don't see what given Noble's time with is he has to offer to take us to the next step.



Getting rid of Noble is in itself a step forward.
