Probably along with Marsh the most improved players at Wigan this season.
And he still qualifies at U18 academy level.

Details up on that page. Seems we outscored them 4 tries to 3 but missed three goals whilst they kicked two penalty goals.
I thought it would happen though after the injuries suffered in the Leeds match the week before. That was a hell of an effort and they needed an easier game than 2nd place to back up from that one.
Still - well done lads on 22 matches unbeaten, a superb effort.
We also had a hooker called Scott Ellam on the bench it seems. Googling he's been playing for Leeds Met Uni - so assume he is on trial.

| How's your player Joe Mellor getting on in the reserves. Always thought he was a very good player. Vision and pace. I was sorry that Warrington didn't sigan him.
Your reserve team have certainly set the bench mark for others to follow.

Don't take anything away from Saints tho. They were also depleted through injury and had 4 academy players in the side and were missing Lomax, Wheeler etc.
It was an extremely tough game for both sides and could have gone either way.

| Fair play to Saints, it takes a good side to beat our 21's

As I couldn't go I was merely commenting.Pryce and Farrell I think are our two top try scorers. Two full strength reserve sides would be a close contest.
