Thats a much needed boost after the past few weeks and i think will really up the fans enthusiasim for the latter part of the year.
I can accept us losing every game from here on in aslong as the commitment showed on Sunday continues.

The Bulldogs fans think he's the worst player they've ever seen and up until this year they've not had the best of times recently.
With all the spare salary cap space we should have knocking about i'll be truely pi*sed off if we end up with a bargain basement player like Holdsworth........Rather have Reg.

It wouldn't suprise me in the slightest tbh which is a worry because the guy is meant to be very very average.
Why bother signing anybody if thats all we can come up with?

Most possibly the best thing to have happened this season for the club Sam coming through and then signing up until 2014.
The lad is pure class and has the right attitude to make it right to the top, mix a few more lads with the attitude and desire from the reserves and things will improve a lot imo.

Atleast we know we have 2 of our main creative roles secured by quality Wigan youth players in OLoughlin and Tomkins |

Although Tommy isn’t from Wigan we can rest assured knowing we can add his name to the two above to give us a young and talented spine to the team. Tommy is just as committed as the above two mentioned and imo he’ll be here for a while as well. This is great news considering the turnover we’ve had in recent seasons.
Imagine if next season we signed LMS as well
In this doom and gloom period this is very good news indeed.
