No they are a Rugby League club. They were never the same company as the union team although were under common ownership for a few years. Caddick disposed of the union team several years ago and they no longer rent Headingley.

Wigan are technically insolvent in the accounting sense but that's different from actually being unable to pay their debts.

Didn't realise they had so many issues. Relegated, went bust, changed their name again. They'd fit in in our code.
