Just been watching the WCC from 1994 and noticed the commentators say at kick off that the winner of the game would take home $400,000.
Does anyone know what the prize money for the game in Sydney will be?

I seem to recall a disagreement with the gate receipts, think the money was shared perhaps. Wigan reckoned there was a full house whilst Brisbane claimed only 6 people and a wombat attended. I presume they sorted it in the end. |

Darling Harbour aint cheap, decent hotels cost easily 150 per night. If you can get one for 125 per night, your doing very well. |

Try and find another traveler traveling alone and share a room if its based on per night basis? If not i am sure there is some good hostels there? not as bas as some people think

Im assuming all of that would of been sorted when the two clubs held talks and agreed to hold the game in Sydney.
Would be very interested to know what the prize money is.
Hopefully the commentary team will announce it again! |
