He needs a proper wake up call by being dropped for a good run of games to the reserves.

I would stick him in the reserves or even on loan for month, it would either make or break him.

No good dropping him for one match and bringing him back as he will be the same, he needs to be dropped untill he is back to his best and if he doesn't then loan him out for a month to Leigh or Widnes, if that doesn't embarrass him into playing like he has a heart I don't know what will.

The big problem is Nobles attitude towards Fielden. Even though he has been $hite for 3 seasons he has never been dropped from the team. He is the first name on the team sheet and is hardly ever subbed. Noble is obviously not being harsh enough , any other coach would have in the reserve team but not Nob - he's pbvs too pally with him. This probably causes loads of resentment with the other players , considering Fielden is the blue eyed boy , yet he is by far and away the worst performer yet again. I want Stu to regain his form but it aint gonna happen , he cant handle the pressure at this club , fine but why is he in the team week after week??

He is the answer to so many of our problems, he could protect Sam, enforce the opposition and get us where we need to be.

I've been saying it for 2 seasons. He isn't fit to wear the shirt (or any shirt in SL atm). People are finally realising he isn't good enough.

He'll be at the top of his game next year imo as he'll be after a deal with a superleague club(i say 'a' superleague club because i don't really think he cares which aslong as they pay him well).

However good he does play though i'm now of the opinion he should be released. He'll only go back to his old self when he's signed on the dotted line so let somebody else make the mistake.

If fielden plays well next year when is contract is coming to an end i will be fuming, he is stealing a living, anyone can turn up, catch the ball a few times drop the ball a few times, drop the ball in the tackle etc, tell me what is he doing at the moment that Mossop couldnt do? Mossop could do more, Fielden should be the one out on loan to Barrow.
