Firstly you need to quit being so defensive, at no point did I say he had poor positioning I said this can be coached to get better it is an area of a game that he can improve on, even the best players in the world can improve. His footwork is also pretty good but again coaching can improve this.

Regards his pace I do not think I called him slow, just that nothing physically makes him stand out from the pack, this is what separates the good, from the great in the outside backs.

Foster will always be in the bunch of players physically who do not have the attributes to be great players, he lacks that which cannot be coached.

Charnley has the x factor physically that could see him emerge as a real talent on the wing/outside backs.

What I do hope is that Foster continues kicking those goals as this will inflate his wage demands over the years and while not being a special player could see him take up much more cap space than his talent all round is worth, a bit like Paul Wellens.
