If he isn't in the team next week we should barricade the training ground and stop Noble ever getting near the place.

Quote: jonh "True next time he may look for the supporting player who is not there, he may throw the pass and see his supporting player drop it, or he may back himself like any true try scorer does and cross the line for 4 point.'"

So, can you describe this try for me please?

So much to say, and so little evidence.

If he celebrates early scoring a 50 metre try everyweek its fine by me icon_lol.gif

Shaun really impressed me last night and made himself undroppable for next week but this is Noble icon_sad.gif and we have Pat, Bailey and the banned one returning icon_eek.gif

In a sense it was good to see Ainscough celebrating in advance of scoring. It showed just how much it meant to him. A Wigan lad scoring his first try at the JJB in the first team. Its what dreams are made of. At least he had something worth celebrating! Well done lad. Here's to many more celebrations. But next time try and score neaer the posts when Pat's not playing! Only joking.

He was so close to going in touch, the decision not to pass to the man inside him could easily have backfired. Fortunately for him it didn't.

Brilliant debut IMO. At least, we have a winger who looks like a winger, runs like a winger and scores classic winger's tries.

We'll keep him.

Does anybody know why he was limping throughout the second half?

Ill fitting footwear - he had to change his boots and will have a nice set of blisters this morning.

It wasn't the celebration that was wrong, it was the fact that he should have gone close to or under the posts, which would have put Wigan level.
Instead he gave Roberts a difficult kick and we were still two points behind.

Another point from last night was Ainscoughs disallowed try in the first half was never forward. I saw the replay three times after the game.

Agree on both counts.

As long as he learns, he can be forgiven for not going under the sticks / passing inside, but if he does it again then we need to worry.

It wasn't a forward pass, but Ganson was whistle happy in them first ten minutes.

What did Hudson go on report for?

Right, there was just a load of bodies around and couldn't see from the East. Should be a lengthy ban similar to Hock's then.

At least I saw the point, unlike you.

Pretty pathetic really, thousands of posts about games you never see.
