It amazes me how everyone only ever talks about sam. Every week there is another topic about him moving to the nrl. Why there isnt massive interest in players like Ryan Hall is baffling. If you where to design a modern day winger, you would pretty much get hall! And yet we never see him being talked about.

Indeed the nigel wood and his team want locking up for how they have let the game fall into such a state. Who ever signed the contract for the stobart deal should be sacked and if at all possible prosecuted for some sort of corporate negligence. A spirit of the sallary cap type thing.

SL is now a joke. Understandably the best players will go and test themselves in the best comp, and that is NRL. When Wigan is signing a 31 year old RU prop it is time to bail out. If I had wanted to watch an ageing yawnion player I would pay to be bored at a yawnion match. SL cannot be taken seriously anymore. Sam will not return and who would blame him? Thank god I can watch NRL, NFL and NHL on sky.

Ryan Hall is the best winger in the league and he is world class. He is committed to Leeds and is probably going to be a one club man. Just because he isn't going to the NRL doesn't mean he isn't world class. He got voted WBW for a reason because in my opinion he is. He is streets ahead of any other winger in super league.

I genuinely think Andy Powell will be a good addition to Wigan. He has all the makings of a quality league prop and I think he will be. You can't judge someone without giving them a chance. IL & SW have got signings pretty much spot on and i dont think this one will be any different. Give the guy a chance.

SL is very very slowly improving in certain areas. Other areas do need a kick up the backside yes. The RFL do need to change some things like league structure and the play off system im not denying that but IL summed it up in his press conference the other day very well. We have a good product with the Super League, it just needs some changes to improve it and for the RFL to get a good sponsor to the game. To say English RL is dying is absolutely ridiculous.

So a big strong fast winger is no where to be found in the nrl. Granted not seen as much of it this year but id have hall over any other winger in the league.

English/European RL is very sick(ill) at the moment , unless something is done soon then the player drain will continue to NRL/RU,and when the best players have left you can bet your bottom dollar that Sky will go with them as well,and we will be left with a 2nd class league with no TV coverage at all
