Can get the train down Moto but the last train home is long gone before the final whistle and the first in the morning is too late . I start at 6am .

I always stop overnight, it's just too much otherwise. If I couldn't get Friday off, I wouldn't have gone. Luckily nowadays I'm self-employed, so they may moan, but they can't make me work.

I remember once yonks going to see a game at Anfield (England v NZ??), and doing it in a day. I was nearly dropping off driving back down the M5, it got pretty scary.

Weird that half the crowd that turned up to potentially watch us lift a tea tray won't turn up for a proper game (our biggest of the year).

Yes, weird, and disappointing. This is a much bigger game than Cas, after all. Surely even by the standards of Thursday night, 8k would be a poor crowd?

I would be mortified if the crowd was that low.
