I do hope Bilko, that should you decide to stop adding to the site that it will at least always be available to view. It would be such a shame if all the information you've amassed and categorized over the years were suddenly to be never seen again.

| The vast amount of statistical data on that site is quite an achievement.
Its more than just some stato on his laptop, Bilko is almost a club historian.
I cant think of a reason why it should not be rewarded by the club (as long as it does not count on the cap.....  |

Thank you for what you have done. I can fully understand how things can change, but what nobody will ever do with you is be critical of what you have contributed not just to the Wigan site but to Rugby League. This is far more than what the well paid people are doing.
It is obvious that you LOVE the game and everybody on this site if you decide to pack in should be eternally grateful and wish you every happiness in the future, you deserve this as what you have done is for the love of Wigan.

I'm sorry mate, but you're coming across here as completely and utterly obnoxious, and a complete idiot.
Cherryandwhite is Bilko's site, he has already stated he doesn't have the drive or desire to update it as often as he did in the past, and his laptop breaking was just the icing on the cake. What Bilko does on here takes a hell of a lot of time and effort, and could not be done in 45 minutes at the local library.
If I was Bilko I would be incredibly offended by you comments.

Well is because I'd rather do that then let it fester incomplete. Wasn't expecting to be offline for what is now 18 days but that's the way it is. Had I left it up the tv page for example would still be telling you what was on two weeks ago!

Well I know the commentator Mark Wilson who kindly did a shout out for my mate Dave who emigrated from Pem to Perth, Australia and was listening to Wish commentary over there at 3am on a Tuesday Morning. I think Mark mentioned my quip which was "Reckon you've more Aussie listeners than Salford fans in here tonight."

Many pro sports clubs have an official historian/archivist. Wigan don't appear to.
Surely the club would look favourably on a proposal for some kind of employment/sponsorship on whatever basis might suit all parties' existing commitments and requirements?
