| Talking of 'The Ape', I watched it in a pub with music drowning out the sound. I could have swore that at one point during the game when Wigan were just held short by Saints, I swear Wane uttered the words 'good tackle', though my lip reading skills aren't the best. Anyone else see this or am I wrong?

Can't see the point in risking people who missed out due to injury today on Monday.
Think it will be the same line up as today but Amos in for Pat.'"
I'd rather Russell or King play instead of Roberts. Or go with what we had today after Pat went off. I've caught the 2nd half of the last 2 20s games and Roberts doesn't look interested. Not a chance he is going to get anywhere near that form from early 2010.

| I'd give him a go.
Not expecting breaks and worldy-plays all ove the shop.
Interest and graft will be enought for me.
Kids like Russell & King will get their chance in time. No question of that.
The extent of his coaching is ''BASH EM, JUST F*CKING BASH EM. HE'S LOW ON CONFIDENCE, BASH HIM''
He's a limited coach that won't last long term.[/quote:8f22o6ue]
....
That would make Wigan strong favourites then. With Ratchford at FB and Patton with Cronk in the halves, I think we'll do very well without Sam.[/quote:8f22o6ue]: |

| I would play who ever deserves it most, and some people are saying that Amos doesn't look interested. If that's the case king or Russell must play.

Russell was rubbish on the Wing vs Salford. I wouldnt play him, he needs to work on his defence before he gets another first team shot because its not good enough at the moment. I thought King was injured? I wouldnt mind seeing us go with what we went with today when Pat went off but I'd rather keep Charnley and Goulding working together on that side, its been working alot better than most expected. They will only get better the more game time they get together.

Tbh I'd rather see the Goulding/Charnely partnership continue. I'd also like to see players who deserve to play get a shot, and, from what I've seen, admittedly limited, Roberts doesn't. If I'm not mistaken I think King played for the 20s today. I don't think Russell was "rubbish" last week. His defence needs work, but I think he's much less exposed getting game time on the wing alongside Carmont rather than throwing him in at fullback.

His defence was rubbish think it was something like 3 tackles made, 4 missed not good enough for super league standards.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.
Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

| I think we will see some rested for Monday and Lauaki back in the side (though we have enough players better than he is not to bother with him) . I just hope Wane doesn't over do it like he did at Widnes. To slip up at home after this win would be daft.

| The subs played well Dudson produced enough to show that he can do a job for Wigan, Spencer worked well and did not let his knock on affect him.

36121_1270460193.jpg Conroy - Being a Latics fan i'm already immune to watching sh*te.
Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_36121.jpg |
