The SS Bar is better for me.
Home from work around 6pm then a 50 min drive to Wigan.
At least now there's a chance there will be some food still available by 7-7.15. Previously it was a case of paying for food I was unlikely to have.

Think the South Stand Lounge is a better option for the venue, more practical for a bigger attendance, as much as it'd have been good to have it at Walkabout. Will the club have to pay to use the SS lounge?

Surely the lease agreement covers things like this?

The owd' fart will be be taking money from behind the bar so that's what he'll be getting out of it...Though he won't be getting a penny from me.

Could this situation be related to

a) You not having a car and

b) you needing around 1/3rd of the number of strides to cover the same distance as Woody?

If that's the reason then it should be applauded.

There is disabled access to downstairs in Walkabout, if it was to be held upstairs and they'd not considered disabled access then it is yet another cock up on behalf of the people running the place.

I don't want to constantly whinge about the people running our club, as I believe they have the best intrests at heart, and the best philosophies to acheive those. However in the ptractical application they are beginning to be found wanting time and time again.

Dont applaud, they will have oversold the venue ans had no choice but to change it to somewhere bigger.

There were lots of tickets left on Tuesday.
