Do any of you think Lenagan may go for a 1 year contract for some one and then install lockers for 2020. A bit of a tuition year for him next year from some one such as Bennett (who he knows from England duty) first. Natural for me but thats if Lockers wants it.

I sincerely hope not. We have a history in this country of putting former players into head coach jobs before they have learnt their trade. |

Would signing Deacon not be just another example of this ‘jobs for the boys’ phenomenon that many on here have winged about?
Aside to that I do feel that if Edwards does not come now then it should be put to bed.
The timing seems to me (as a complete outsider) to be perfect. The squad regardless of some departures looks good, edwards employment situation is fairly flexible and we are in a healthy situation playing wise.
It’s not like back in 2006 when we needed a saviour.
Wane is leaving behind a very good platform for his successor.
I’ve never previously been on the whole progical son thing with Shaun. I’ve changed my mind big style recently.
We are craving some exiting news IMO
