The posts on this issue trying to allocate blame at latics fans are laughable,first of all people accuse latics of having no support and when there's aggro at a warriors gae they start to blame latics fans,the club need to deal with these people and the people on here accusing latics fans of causing these incidents need to take their heads out the sand,and realize that a minority are spoiling it for the majority,of all the anti latics bias I have come across this really is the lowest of the low,imagine the outcry if there was trouble at latics and people started blaming it on rugby fans

It doesn't matter if they were Rugby fans, Latics fans, Wire fans, Liverpool FC fans etc. They are mindless scrotes who need weeding out from any game (football included)

I think you will find that a can of lager or cans of lager were hurled into the crowd and hit a lady in the face at bradford. Imagine if the wakey fans were nearer to those who where shouting distasteful comments - could that not escalate- do you think we as rugby league fans want to hear things like that. At Saints our own supporters were fighting amongst themselves. Do you think us rugby fans want to go to matches and have to deal with things like that?
As I said in my previous post I don't think it is a massive problem yet but we need to nip it in the bud before it escalates. Lets not bury our head in the sand - like some on here were accusing some Wire fans of doing - lets admit when there is a problem not matter how small and work together to sort it out.

Elliegg, you need to let the club know who it was. I'm sure it would be treated discreetly. It's no good saying we know we have a problem and then waiting for someone else to do something about it.

I think the text messaging idea is a good one. Allows us to alert stewards, cameras etc to areas of trouble without being embroiled in the trouble ourselves - especially for ladies or people with families. And maybe it would stop those people smoking in the South Stand as well:)
