I have to be honest and say I thought he would be going to the NRL this time around. There's been lots of talk over there about it. Absolutely made up with this. Couldn't have asked for more. Well done all concerned! If he sees out the whole of this contract he'll have done nearly a decade at the club! Who would have guessed that?

Fabulous news.
Radlinski and co are getting the vast majority right at the moment.
I can’t remember since we’ve had this much stability with a squad of this potential.
We just need to get through the next couple of matches hopefully with 2 wins and with returning players we will see us kick on again.

I never bought into any of this "he would be too small" nonsense. To keep him here for essentially the rest of his career is more than we could have hoped. How refreshing to see though! Hopefully some of our young lads see this team, coaching staff and where we are going and are less tempted to move to the NRL and we can have a real go at doing something special and having some sustained success, which we've never achieved in the Super League era.

Fantastic news.
I think both he and Field have started the season a little slow, with the exception of Penrith, maybe due to their extended time home during the off season but without doubt they will both come good as the season progresses.
To have the spine secured for such a long time is great news.
The only thing we need to manage if Farrimond because he’s a special talent with his path to first team blocked for the short/medium term. I am certain though he will be aware of the plan for him which will be in place.
It’s great the we won’t have the will he won’t he conversations going on as a distraction through the year.
