Rubbish, didn't you know that last night's win was the greatest victory ever?

| I get more annoyed with the fans who just seem to turn up purely to criticise. Criticise the team, criticise the officials, boo at half time, carry on the same in the second half, then go home loudly proclaiming how we got lucky, will win nothing and Saints/Leeds would have stuck 40 past us. They are usually the loudest fans in the place as well! Are you even a supporter if you do that, or just a spectator?

Same here, i don't understand people leaving early when the game is tight but would rather have those than the serial moaners

This. I usually sit in the West-side of the South Stand maybe 20 rows up, there was a fella sat just below us at the Hull KR game, and when we were losing first half and defending badly, you should have heard him! I thought he was going to have a heart attack, arms flailing effing and blinding. But then when We put in a fairly solid second half and saw Hull off, not a peep, nothing. I have nothing against being passionate, but it does seem a proportion of fans only have something to say when it's negative.
Edit: In regards to leaving early, If I may quote the great philosopher, Rick Parfitt 'Whatever you want, whatever you need, whatever you say, you pay your money, you make your choice'.

| Maybe those that leave early are on a 10pm electronic tag curfew?

You don't have to be a clown all the time Charlie, you are allowed time off - even in Leigh.

I do recall someone who was near me who had NOTHING but bad things to say regarding Andy Farrell. Every single bloody game. No matter what he did.
Now there is an old dear who never fails to utter the words "I don't rate him" . You can insert which ever players name you like for "him".

Some girl sits right behind me doing that ALL match, proper winds me up. She was really slagging Bowen off all match but was naturally jumping up and down when he scored at the end. Sometimes I'm tempted to just turn round and tell her to shut up! But she's kicked off with the Leeds bench once as we're right next to the dug-outs, and even kicked off with her grandad, obviously a nice girl, so it's probably not worth the aggro. For at least 3 seasons I've put up with her horrible whining moaning every single game, but seeing as I've had the season tickets for 10 years or so I don't see why I should move.

One cracker I heard after Sam Tomkins passed the ball to Charnley for a kick return. "He's a f'kin coward him GET HIM OFF!" I had words to the effect that Charnley was a lot stronger and it's not really worth letting Sam get hammered by opposition forwards and the guy offered me a fight straight away! He had young kids with him as well, bizzare. Tomkins eventually scored a hat trick.
Another cracker you get at every game every week (winds me up something rotten when officiating). "Offside touch judge! Get on with your flag!" When do you ever see a touch judge run on for a technical penalty? Surely people have that sussed by now

| I stay until the final whistle and clap the lads off home and away every game. I reckon win or lose they always give their all and that goes for the opposition too. I actually got a round of applause myself from some women supporting Cas after I applauded their teams effort. It doesn't stop me being disappointed if we lose. But no-one plays badly on purpose and as I say they always give their best.
I don't agree with this 'you pays your money...' argument. I think that all you are entitled to for your money is effort and with one or two exceptions that's pretty much what you get at Wigan. Everything else is a bonus.
I just don't get the Wigan Walk brigade at all. When I make my way to the car park after the game I have to wait maybe 20 minutes to get away from the ground and really what is so important that you need to get away quickly on a Friday? Ok if you've a shift to work...otherwise no excuses as far as I'm concerned. If you bother to come to the match stay until the end. Still - I was made up with Matty Bowen's try on Friday and I hope that the walkers were suitably gutted.

| I will never understand those who leave when the game is so finely balanced. I can understand people wanting to get away if the match is clearly won or lost - you see exactly the same thing at St Helens, Warrington, Leigh etc - but when the teams are even and only two or three minutes remain with the action end-to-end it really is a mystery that one or two can start drifting out. That said, it was hardly a stampede last Friday night. It's possible we're over-egging this pudding.
