That is exactly what I was trying to say PeaPoi, why should we even attempt to beat our closet rivals three games on the trot, if we can take a potentially easier route to a Final?
People say finishing top doesn't matter (we would have done that anyway), it's all about the play offs, lets make it as easy a route as possible.

Saints could well be coming to our place 3 times in September. The possibility is that we could win 5 times against Saints and still not get to the GF, which would just about be it for me if this top 8 system is retained.
