Well my reasons are that hes failed miserably at Crusaders, hes learnt a big part of his coaching experience from Brian Noble (we've been there, done that) and theres just something about him that doesnt fill me with confidence. As for an alternative, like I said i'd rather see Wane be the assistant for 1 or 2 more years with someone with more experience on the throne, but obviously it seems like no-one perfect is available so I'd rather an assistant to Wane be someone like Lam or even Scully. |

I remember Souths completing their coaching staff by appointing Shaun Edwards as the strength and conditioning coach if I recall correctly. |
