Agree with the circa 13k guesses. The daft format suggests we would probably play them again in week 3 which will put people off as will the prices. Two potentially big games against stains then a Grand Final puts more strain on peoples finances.

The is not a pointless match; I certainly don't want us to have to play against a good side and risk being knocked out in a fortnight when the players could have their feet up preparing for one game to take them to OT.

Big game, particularly for Saints as it would breed confidence. This makes it a big game for Wigan for the same reason - to maintain the edge they have built up in recent games against us.

How can anybody say its pointless? Winning this week makes it easier to win the competition. Are people just saying its pointless because they dont wanna pay or cant make it? This game is anything but pointless especially with the opposition.

That's like saying finishing 1st instead of 8th is pointless as you're "still in the play-offs".
