he puts himself about when hes on and does a lot of the hard work that goes un noticed ala fielden.

Lima had a top game on Friday and looks to be really settling in now. He's obviously had his problems but hopefully he can now stay clear of them because it's obvious he's a class prop IMO. He isn't a Feka type by any stretch and why I wouldn't put him quite in the same class I'd compare his style to James Graham in the fact that he gets his work done through quantity of carries and tackles rather then quality. He is an aggressive grafter rather then a high impact prop.

I think that the work he does in defence can really help the team out and because he does not do any of the flashy moves he gets bad comments ??

We need tough characters like Lima in the team and when Stuey's back also, it will be a different picture altogether.

Yes that's right, it especially goes unnoticed by the disciplinary panel:

"The panel ruled that the footage was not clear enough to determine the point of contact or whether Lima put his opponent's knee joint at unnecessary risk of injury."

He's going to end someone's career soon, maybe that work will go unnoticed too.

Lima has done ok and will continue to improve.

Still gives away to many penalties for me tho.

Correct me if I'm wrong but he conceded 2 quick fire penalties on Friday which walked Hull KR all the way up the pitch and then they scorred.

I posted ages ago when I heard this "new directive" was coming that it was another knee jerk reaction.



What the RFL should do is to instigate a six sigma project into the types of tackles that actually cause injuries, and which teams/players are most responsible.
Then do something about it.

That's how it works in the real world, but this is the reactionary RL we're talking about.

I'm reasonably happy with his form. I definitely wouldn't doubt his commitment to the course, the effort he shows in defense each week is tremendous. Defensively he's one of our best, even if does get it wrong on occasions.
