| He's a confidence player. If he thinks he has the beating of his man he's a handful. If his opposite number hits him hard in the first few minutes he goes into his shell.

Which is evidently a problem for a Rugby League player.

| In my opinion karl did very little wrong last year. When called upon he defended well, scored plenty and didn't look out of place. I think spending more time at Quins away from the boo boys can only be a good thing for him, some folk wouldn't be happy unless he was scoring 3 tries every game. When he comes back I'm sure, like last year, he'll slot in well and be a solid part of the team.

| Quote sirlesboyd="sirlesboyd"The flip side of the coin
2 weeks ago against us he was appalling. Caught out of position continuously during the first 20 mins ( at which point he was substituted ) where Bridge scored a hat trick, each try scored in Pryce's centre position.
For a man that size ( he was stood at one point next to Carvell and Morley and he was the biggeest of the 3 ) his lack of heart in running with the ball was dreadful
Which one was the real Karl Pryce ??'"
The inconsistency is the real KP, unfortunately. Noble used the word "frustrating" about him on the SL show (and he should know as well as anyone does), which sums him up perfectly.

| I real enigma this guy. He has the physical size to be the new Tuigamala..but....we all know he's never going to produce the goods consistently. Its a shame cos I think he really tried his best..and to be fair to the club we gave him ample time and opportunity to impress.
If by some 100/1 chance he consistently rips it up at the quins many on here self included will welcome him back with open arms - not a likely scenario unfortunately.

| It's hard for us to comment on his current play since we are not seeing much of it. Try scoring highlights don't tell us a lot.
A quick look at the Engage SL stats comparing him with Charnley shows the latter ahead on many of the "donkey work" type stats such as meters and carries. On attacking stats Pryce is ahead but then our attack has not been breaking any pots recently anyway whereas Quins have been scoring plenty.

Their last four games they have scored 22, 30, 6 and 27. Our last four we have scored 22, 6, 20 and 14 and our attack has been criticised. It's only our early season games v Bradford and Salford that get the average higher than Quins.

True. At present hes a better option then Charnley at centre and given Gleeson wont be back its time to call him back and give him a shot at claiming a centre spot in the team. For the best part of his time here he has been plagued by injuries. If he comes back people need to get off his back. Hes scoring well in a poor side and for us he always scored for us wether run ins or not.
