Realistically should we/could we wait till the end of the year to offer him a new deal?

I suspect we will, or if we win the cup, a new deal will follow quickly.

If either scenario are correct, we will be basing offering our coach a contract off the back of 2 good games and/or offering him a deal when no other club wants him.

It would be a massive, massive gamble imo to stick with him until the end of the season as we could miss out on other potential coaches and any recruitment will be done without our potential future coaches input.

A realistic goal or time frame imo should be from now until the CC semi. If we can go on a decent good run of form, improve every week and win the CC semi against Warrington Noble should be offered a new 1 year contract imo so we can put this issue to bed.

If we struggle again consistency as we have done all season and lose a few games including the CC semi final then we should get shut.

We can’t draw it out for two long either way.

If he delivers a trophy, he deserves to stay, there are only two to win, if we win one, we have been successful.

Lets get back to the question i asked rather than avoid it at all costs. Is it realistic to wait till the end of the season to judge Noble as you have stated from a Wigan point of view?
