The other thing i noted is that he says he's looking at extending his stay at Wigan. His form of the past few weeks has been ok to be fair but he'd need to improve a little more to warrent a contract extension beyong the end of next year.

HE should be just as passionate as us about the Wigan St's derby matches!!!

I get the idea that he doesn't like it at Wigan reading between the lines. If that's the case flip off back to yorkshire then.

Hes not got the best relationship with the fans has he.

I remember the other year when he got MOM against a weak team (cant rememer who it was) and he came out in the SS Bar and was basically smug and had a pop at the '99%' of fans who had given him stick at the beginning of the season, then after that match he went back to being cack for the rest of the season.

And this year when he was subbed off and had to walk past the south stand who were all singing 'theres only one stuart fielden' literally the whole stand trying to fire him up and give him encouragement he didnt even seem to acknowledge it.

Was absoloutely chuffed to bits when we signed him but hes been the biggest disappointment ever...
