I have not booed and never will, but this statement really does worry me.

If they had all played with pride and tried their best, then the criticism would be nowhere near as harsh, Noble does not seem to understand this.
When we had the losing streak and nearly went down, did we not get behind the team even when they lost as long as the effort was there!
Together coupled with the tactical errors at times I really now wonder even more if he has lost the plot and is upto the task in hand.

If he was issuing statements like `the players understand and have taken it on the chin and all know what needs to be done, or I have taken to one side the players who are letting us down` then I might be more optomistic.

The coach needs to instill the right mental winning attitude, pride in the club and themselves, humility in defeat, team work and positivity!

My personal opinion is that from the showing so far Noble is failing to do this and this article just reinforces my view.

I will as always continue to support the team both by attending matches and vocally with a passion!

The thing is with playing for Wigan - when the losing is bad its really bad - but the upside is that when the team are winning there is no better club to play for - players can be treated like Gods and they are praised around the town and are adored.

This isn't some mediocre club where the fans aren't that bothered and its just a player's job. You have to take the bad times with the good.
