It just wouldn't make any sense as mind games. Chances are nobody in the Leeds camp is even aware of the rumours and if they are it's not like it's going to make any impact whatsoever.

The game needs a Wigan v Wire final to bring back some credibility to the sport. First versus second and the only two teams who have shown consistency in the league for the last three years.

It would be a fantastic spectacle to close the league season.

That statistic shows how flawed it is atm.

Why? Everyone knows the score at the beginning of the season - you get naff all for winning the most league games. Who is to say that Leeds (and especially Wire considering their rotation policy) would lose as many if that stipulation was to be changed?

It's impossible to judge. Leeds peak at the right time every year, sadly they know that this is all that modern teams need to do. Every team should know this.


On the Tomkins issue, I'd be very surprised if he isn't playing, it would have to be serious.

Yes they do , everyone is bound by confidentiality rules...dismissal is usually the consequence of breaching patient confidentiality to the public
