Hows about getting a team of scroungers, jailbirds, community service to clear the roads? No need to feed them as thers plenty snow to keep them hydrated as they work tirelessly all day and night through all main and side roads in the borough. It would even give them a chance to wave to their kids Chardonnay, Bianca, Kyle, Abbi, Elly, Ellie, Emma, Kelly, Laura, Georgia, Bryony, Alex, Jack, Ben, Dom, Nicole, Louis, Aaron, Joe, Nathen, Conner, Kevin, chardony, paige, Billy-Bob-Jack, Storm, Brooklyn, Kenau and Darren as they clear the streets of Leigh and Hag Fold. Itll be great. INIT!!

Managed to get in from Higher End > Town Centre in the car via Orrell Post & Pem. Was pretty clear though their was a bit of back end slither at times, and only sketchy moment was driving down my street on to main road.
You can do it if you really want to...but do you really want to...I would still be in bed if I wasn't miles behind with work.

Quick question. Is that not a private road owned by the stadium? If so they will have had to hire the snow plough/gritter to do that. Council would rather make a few bob but at least it wasn't needed elsewhere in the borough though eh.................
