What did they do?

If Wigan manage to keep stum about this game, the so much the better for them. There will be a lot of 'wmotion' in it, and I think their advantage lies in playing athletic rugby as opposed to looking for a smash-a-thon.

I'd like a Saints vs Wigan final if only to put an end to McClennan's sanctimonious rumblings and to bring the SL trophy back to Lancashire.

It smacks of a very poor attempt to put Wigan off their game and entice them into a brawl.

Best thing Wigan can do is keep quiet, ignore comments such as this and concentrate on achieving a positive result on Saturday evening. If any rough play comes into it, I'm hoping that the match officials are tough enough to deal with it.

It's the score that matters at the end of the day, not trying to get even about some daft comments. The goal is to reach the Grand Final so let's not be stupid and take our eyes off that.
