Correct Brian
Mine compared to those other 3 is somewhwre between 100 and 140 cheaper for an equivalent ticket
All the orice categories i.e. the age at which juniors pay, the older student category up to 24, the Seniors age group are all better and the cost of all of them are miles cheaper

I haven't looked at my renewal yet (i don't want auto-renew so i think i have to wait until after the 28th i read somewhere?) but i am hoping i can still pay monthly like i have the last few years. Does anybody know if that is still an option? Not seen it mentioned anywhere.

Don't think you have to wait until after the 28th, think you can buy silver etc any point in line with the cost I.e. early bird proce, renewal price etc but if you want installments
Also
FAQS
CAN I PAY BY INSTALMENTS?
Yes, Payment plans for Silver memberships to pay by instalments will be made available in due course, and before the Seat Renewal Deadline on 29th November 2024, subject to eligibility.

| Been to the ticket office this morning, Queued for about an hour and a quarter, realistically, the queue was barely getting any smaller, and it was being being reduced more by people giving up and going home, than it was people walking away with STs. So I gave up too. It was clear there'd be a lot of interest this morning, and the club seem woefully unprepared. Everyone in the queue was complaining about Ticketmaster. I'll try again tomorrow.

| Prices for Gold membership are showing as £240 in the East & West stand, it says if you pay by direct debit you are entitled to a 10% discount, I went to purchase mine but the priced stayed at £240 so didn't follow it all the way through, anyone who has done the renewal as direct debit, at what point does it take the extra 10% off?

Prices for the Gold membership are the discounted prices and only available through direct debit.

Oh right I see, but I don't see how the silver price is £251 and with your 10% off (£25) it becomes £240 for the Gold Membership or am I missing something else?

Don't think you are
Each of the categories gets a slightly different percentage off
Concession/OAP is around 10% but the others are less
Bottom line is it is 240

The club could 100% charge an extra £30-40 if the experience was better. Not to mention the actual purchasing journey but receiving the ticket should include a physical experience with something to unbox, even if the ticket is not in there. It helps keep the connection with the club, rather than it being completely digital. The Junior ones especially should contain things like player cards and merch. Man Utd do it well - https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/u ... l%20Member.

Difference being that you are guaranteed your seat as a member in RL.
I pay for me and my two lads to be members at Utd and only get to go the Cup games and even then the lower quality ones. They release tickets for PL games during the week on a first come first served basis so if you are on a call with work or away from a computer/phone you've no chance.
It's an absolute disgrace. I've tried to complain but no one is bothered. Yet they have you by the short and curlies as you can't be passed ST's unless you are a member (which is the method I have used to go to most games)
