I hope that clubs are also compelled to refund Season Ticket holders 1/13th of their ST price if a game is cancelled, reclaiming the money from the away side, if their actions have brought about the cancellation.

I think Leeds can just about get away with their refusal to travel.
Saints refused to travel pure and simply because a defeat would mean they had no chance of the League Leaders Shield regardless of the Wigan result .
