Yeah I’d forgot about Hankinson but he definitely needs up come back in. Bibby has looked very average so far this season and I feel he’s only getting a spot due to his connection to Jacko. Hankinson never had a bad game for Wigan so far and looked very good against Huddersfield

I thought Bibby had done ok up until yesterday but he had an absolute nightmare defensively and maybe I’m wrong but his work rate with the ball seemed pretty average as well. It’s one hell of a step up for the lad. He’s signed for his hometown club, who he supported as a kid and it must be daunting. He’s obviously had a tough week or two personally as well and he may be better served just building some form in the reserves.

It’s easy to forget we’ve probably signed him on a nominal wage because at the time he was playing as a back up winger for Salford. He like the rest of the Salford team were flying at the back end of last season but he wouldn’t be on his own out of that group of players in now struggling a bit.

The problem i have with these types of tackles isn't the actual tackles themselves(although i don't like them),its opposition coaches like Smith coming out and commenting on flower's tackle before the disciplinary has even convened

Just wondering why Salford have packed us in the tiny away terrace instead of the seats along the side , especially in the current climate, also do feel sorry for the Rhinos fans whose weekend has gone belly up

Have a feeling we might struggle a bit in this one. Salford despite their struggles look to have an almost fully fit squad and are strong up front.

I wonder if Lam will include Harry Rushton on the bench to cover the back row. Previously there was the option of moving Partington wider if one of the back rowers went down.

Good squad and more than capable of getting the win at Salford. It’ll be a hard fought game IMO a good test of mettle and character.

Just in a side note I am pleased Lam is blooding youngsters in. I don’t expect McDonnell or Rushton to play at the weekend but it’ll be a good experience being in and around the first team. I must admit I don’t know much about either of them.
