Edwards now has the opportunity to be the first person in history to win the league/major trophy in both League and Union as a head coach. Major opportunity for our Shaun to make history again.

It's a major major incentive and one which I reckon would eclipse any salary. That incentive will surely transfer down to the players as well, the chance to work with not just Lam but also Shaun Edwards would be a major draw.

I hope J & S Tomkins are looking back with regret.

Very interesting press conference. Edwards was brilliant. "And how much do you earn luv" was his reply when asked if he was taking a wage cut to come back to Rugby League.

Worth watching just for that. Both showed that they are ‘up for this’.

Or simply release nothing on the 27th of each month.

Liking Lam's views on how the game should be played, I hope he gets the chance to sit down with Williams and convinces him to stay.
