Not really. In fact I don't believe he has been 100% fit all year. Best to do what is needed now, and give him as long as possible for next year.
When faz & Bateman are back, we will have the depth to cover the playoffs.

in the 16 seasons I've been watching I can't remember us ever being hit this hard with injuries. Can anyone remember a worse season for injuries?

Nope, as far as know the worst sustained run of injury. Even Sky mention it recently which says something.

Joel is having one knee operated on in the next week or so, and then in about six weeks, the same procedure on his other knee. |
