Granted you can only play what is put in front of you, but considering the teams you played to get into the final and the performance of Hull in the final I'd hardly say this particular cup win tells much of your title credentials.

By my reckoning Leeds have 9 trophies and Wigan 11.
Leeds 2 LLS, 1 C Cup and 6 GF's.
Wigan have 4 LLS, 3 C Cup & 4 Prem/GF.

We don't need to compare ourselves with Leeds, as, aside from the recent run which is coming to its end, they have never been much cop as a team.
We've nothing to fear from Leeds.
The one team I'm not sure about is a fully fit Wire, but even there they look to me like a team on the wane.

I agree. The cup has been the same format ever since it started hasn't it? A knock-out competition. The league has changed format several times. Era's make more sense there I suppose though personally I still don't like the idea.

The cup is the cup. We have won it 19 times. Nuff said.

But there is also the WCC as well to which Leeds have won 3 in the SL era
