i tune in to sky sports on a thursday and moan that theres nothing decent on.
Now ive something to look forward to .

Seriously thinking of ditching Sky now, may just subscribe during the football close season and for the playoffs. Annoyed that my money is being used mainly to pay footballers who's ethos and lifestyle is totally alien to mine.

On the 'summer of sport' sky sports advert rugby league doesnt even feature. It shiws a clip from every other sport you can imagine apart from rl.

I've ditched Sky Sports from my package as I only got it for the RL. I think that Premier Sports do a much better job of presenting it than Sky could dream to think of. Also I prefer watching the NRL on TV.
Point being if you dont like what Sky are doing to the sport cancel your subscription to them and tell them (mine was I stopped enjoying watching the rugby on TV due to Eddie & Stevo)

The 3 Monday night games have got the lad and me under a bit pressure to make these games (time off work wise) . If more midweek games were to become the norm we woulld need to have a serious rethink . Think i would rather not be a supporter (going to games) than a part time one .

I think it's the Saturday early evening spot that has been replaced by Thursday due to Premier League 5.30 kick offs |

I'll be very surprised if Latics are still in Europe come February.
EDIT: Looking at the dates, the only possible clash would be their Matchday 1 game which is scheduled for 19th Sept. That would require a) for them to be drawn at home that day and b) for us to lose in week 1 of the playoffs. |
