He'll be in the jungle with Ant and Dec before long. He needs to stop talking crap in the media and put in some performances along with some other well paid under performing players.

I expect monday to be a no contest non event. We all expect to lose (bar a couple of deluded people) and it is probably a meaningless game anyways in the bigger picture. Wigan will be fired up as always and we'll be out for a stroll as always. Current Saints team simply has no heart , losing is bearable when there is effort but we just seem to roll over these days.

I hope your right but I believe Saints will lift themselves for this, less than a week to very important semi-final for us, and, a chance for your boys to get some pride and home support back on their side, I hope at least its a good game for the Sky viewers and gives some great entertainment.

I very much doubt it will be of the same or similar quality to the Wire game which is shame as it really should be

There are no meaningless games for Saints at this time of the season. They are 1 or 2 points above 9th and have to play Wigan/Wire/Hull/Catalans yet, every game is a big game if u want to make the playoffs

On paper with the exception of us lacking a real 6 (unless biscuit bones wheeler makes a 10 minute cameo - probably at prop knowing Brown) it should be a good game but we have too many players who don't perform to there best or cant anymore for whatever reason.

This is not a vintage Saints team but I dont think the current Wigan team is all that good when you take out Tomkins who is exceptional, the big difference for me is attitude and aggression. Wigan have the right attitude in every game and have more aggression than a wrestler on roids where Saints are a team jam packed full of shrinking violets who look like they'd rather be playing touch Rugby.

Making the 8 is pointless for us as we will make no impact.

After the way our form dipped in the past 5 weeks I'd argue O'Loughlin is almost as important to the team as Sam. We seem to fall to bits when either don't play. Charnley and Farrell are up there with the best in the league too but not as important to us as Sam and Lockers. The rest of our players are good not great, but having said that, which team is laden with superstars? I couldn't name more than 2 irreplaceable and 2 very good players at Wire or Leeds either

edit, just given it a go, to be fair I make it 2 irreplaceable and 3 very good for Wire (Briers and Westwood irreplaceable - both Monaghans and Hill very good) and 1 irreplaceable and 3 very good for Leeds (Sinfield irreplaceable - Watkins, Hall and Burrow very good). Point remains that the 'big three' who will be chasing trophies this year are all roughly the same in that regard.

Every successful team has to have a spine of quality players and Wigan have that.
Take any one out and they are the lesser for it.
One out and you miss him, two and a problem could arise, and so on.
Sam and Lockers are vital to the spine of the Wigan team.
