I can well imagine that under a different regime players would get away with things like this but it seems fairly certain that this was not the case under Maguire and I would like to think that Shaun Wane would take a similar approach.

Martin Gleeson was a good player who could of been great.

It'll be interesting in a few years ago to see how Gleeson will be remembered. Will it be for being possibly the best centre of his generation or his off field stuff. I think it will be the latter.

It will be a bit of both for me, as well as a feeling of what could have been. Just not professional enough at the end of the day.
