Viable option! I stream American TV shows this way, I was optimistically hoping for a TV package due to better quality but by the sounds of things Warriors TV could be a great platform for the club connecting with the fans.

I'd hope season ticket holders would get a more than significant discount if it is subscription funded

Why ? you already get a discount on match tickets. Dont forget, there are about 4 or 5 levels of supporter ABOVE the season ticket holder.
