Wasn't at the end mate, it was when Tomkins scored and did his little celebration thing. Wigan were the better side today, tackled Harder, Ran Harder and showed more enthusiam. Bentham made a few interesting calls in the 1st half, but then probably equalled it up in the 2nd.

I was a bit disappointed with the Saints fans after the game today. Walking past Tesco there were quite a few people just going up to Wigan fans who were quietly leaving, asking them if they are inbred, calling us all scum etc, banging on about the referee. I'm all for friendly banter and stuff, but is there really any need to start calling people scum etc? Sore losers.

We walked to the car (in town) with a few with red V's on their chest, they were genuinely nice folk, knowledgable & gracious.
That's what our derby is really all about.

The thread on Rlfans was just asking a question if the incident happened, but the redvee one does seem to be a bit more aggressive, people drinking too much and posting drivel because they cant accept we lost a game.
