Speaking to them after the game it's something that they'll be doing at all of Widnes big derby games this year. Whilst on the subject of trying to stir things up Andy it seems odd that you haven't brought up the incident during the 2nd half that led to the police ejecting a Wigan fan sat in another part of the stand from the ground. Drunken behaviour, throwing objects onto the pitch etc. Surely you must have seen it? Funnily enough a group of people who the other main sh,,it stirrer on here Bowtun Warrior is known to be friendly with?'"
I'm known to be friendly with?seriousy mate I haven't a clue here...
I sat with just my partner at the game yesterday. Central block. Halfway up. No mates with me at all.
Drop me a PM. Seriously, I don't know anything about this?

I would guess it's also used as bit of an archive in the event of trouble, but that rarely happens at RL these days so I doubt that is their main reason.'"
Don't let the truth get in the way of a Latics mon and his Boltonian sidekick from trying to stir up 20 odd pages of drivel against us again. Bowtun Warrior failed with his attempt after the Cas game, now he's back for more.'"
Once again, seriously;
I wasn't 'stirring' on this thread at all. That wasn't my aim. I was GENUILNLY wondering why they where so quiet?
I have praised the match-day actions of the group on numerous occasions.
It's off field I've had a few issues with. That doesn't cloud my judgement about your match day actions and the superb work that goes on.
I'm not sure where this idea is That i only come on here to stir up at the group.
I rarely post but when I do it's usually something I'm genuinely interested in and often it's the brigantes that fit that. It's the match day experience which I'm concerned with. I ALWAYS try to keep if to constructive criticism on here.
I've has debates on twitter and such like but have clearly stated that won't happen again on the basis that it gets nobody anywhere. I recognise this is a better place to raise questions and so I do it.
Again, I was NOT trying to bad mouth the group and lack of noise yesterday. I was genuinely querieing it.

Well they are your words & not mine.
I don't want another boring 50 page thread on this sort of crap again. I've never started or instigated one before but seem to have a reputation for doing so.
I say again as I have in the past, if I have certain issues they go to a well respected friend who started this flag group in the first place.
I am NOT stirring crap on an Internet forum, whether I agree with the above statement or not..
I'll wait the PM. I genuinely want to know who I'm connected to. My partner and I sit together and with only a group of friends at certain games. I can guarantee these people who we normally sit with werent involved in any trouble yesterday. So I'm honestly, slightly confused. .

Constructive feedback is welcomed, always has been. But if you trawl through the threads Neil, this guy is obsessed, and has a go wherever possible, he even brings the group up on threads that have nothing to do with the group what so ever. Its embarrassing.

As far as I am aware, yes.

| I think Police use Widnes home games as a practice exercise for Football games and they've done it for a few years now.
Not a fan it personally. With camera's on all fans and walking out the ground past a row of Police dog handlers it does make the match day experience a little less friendly.

| It was a little weird and not the norm at a rugby match but it being an exercise would make sense. I can't see it being specifically to keep an eye on just one group of supporters.
I saw some stewards having a chat with someone sat at the front at half time but don't know what that was about and didn't see anyone being ejected so not really sure what had gone on, but you mention them throwing things onto the pitch... did the group at the back of the west stand not throw a few items onto the pitch just before kick off? or did I imagine that? (yep it was only rolls or bog roll or whatever it was...but it still counts as something being thrown on the pitch doesn't it?)
and please don't get all upset and claiming i'm out to cause trouble and stir things too... I love what you do... but people in glass houses n all that....

1. If I was trying to stir things I would have done a lot better than that, maybe the wink should have been a clue that I wasn't.
2. Seeing I didn't know anyone was thrown out it's a bit difficult to comment on it isn't it?

Jesus you really need to get over yourself and stop taking things so seriously. Is it your turn this week to get all y about nothing simply because the Brigantes was mentioned?
I sent the photo to the Brigantes twitter account during the game to make them aware if they didn't already know. Hardly the actions of someone trying to stir things up.

Yes, there was a lad ejected that has been ejected before, he was sat directly behind the posts about 4 rows up, he then proceeded to run away from the Police down the concourse. Apparently it was for throwing an object at the touch judge. Bit different from throwing till rolls when the team come out that isn't it?
