I expected Hodgson to miss some games this season, he was troubled by leg injuries at the Giants. That was the risk in signing him; but going off the season so far the benefits have out weighed that risk. If he does miss the end of season and play offs there will be fans questioning the signing.

Surely nobody's wishing injuries on anyone? I was sad to hear about Ben Cross - good or bad the bloke's had a horrible time since coming to England.

Back OT, i think wire will be fine. Two very good players missing though, with one (Westwood) arguably in the form of his life.

Big loss if true. This said, the fullback had an absolute nightmare in the last game with Wigan.

Westwood is a machine, he even tried 'running it off', i'm sure he'll be back for the playoffs, not one Wire fan will question Hodgsons signing regardless of age, off the polls on the Wire board so far he's our 2nd best player of the season behind M.Monaghan and has a 'suspected' Quad strain, couple of weeks off he'll be fine.

Grix again should be back soon but no one outside of the HJ seems to rate him so oppo fans won't be tub thumping about that, Evans is only (for this season) a bit part player.

Agree about Hodgson, I think he was exactly what Wire needed and a good signing, his class has shown this year for sure. Grix has played well this season and is underrated and I wouldn't like to be the one telling Westwood he was missing a playoff game!
