That cant be for the actual Assistant coaches job (as in the job Wane is doing now) surely as Wigan and Leeds Andy pointed out its for an additional one i.e a third?

Don't really see the link tbh. The ad says an additional assistant coach. And whats wrong with advertising publicly and opening it up - you could come across some really talented people that the club weren't too aware of.
