I think Charnley's the better prospect. Marsh is tiny, and he just tucks his head down and charges at the line. There's nothing else to his attack.

There is a lot more, he just hasn't fully adjusted to SL defences yet. And defensively, he's excellent.

As if someone just said Sam was our best player..... I rate Sam very highly but I thought he was our worst.

I tend to agree. No shortage of effort, but he seemed to spend the whole game on an ice rink.

This is clearly an aspect which can be coached and brought into his game. Defence wise he is extremely solid.

I've not been Marsh's biggest fan but I thought he had a decent game last night. Like other posters have said, I think he plays with his head down too much for centre but with his speed I'd like to seem him on the wing. I was unsure about his defence in his first few games but it seems much more solid now!

he scored out first try. give the long ball to pat richards for carmonts try. was the only one who looked like he was trying and didnt make any mistakes. from a very bad team performance how u can say he was our worst player then u have obviously never played a game of rugby in your life!

Maybe it is because he has set such a high standards and he didn't meet those standards....

Watching the game he was too easy to read, far too predictable!

so because he didnt meet his own very high standards he was our worst player? fair enough he probably should be playing stand off especially without deacon and finch at the moment just isnt do it but that doesnt take away the fact that hes still put 100 percent in and was at the heart of everything wigan did good(which wasnt much!) but still he was involved!

He's a winger for mine. Reminds me of Goulding when he played at centre - he NEVER passes.
