Well some people seem to want Joel dropped, but if he's dropped we don't have a chance in hell of winning. Our pack is small, there's no real enforcer there and our backs do most of the hard work getting us up the field. Joel is the only player in the back row capable of making 100 metres plus during a game. O'Loughlin has on two occasions this year only because of a couple of clean breaks. Other than that his metres made are low. In terms of hard metres no one can get close to Joel which means he must be picked. Unfortunately we just don't have the strength in depth.

Dropping him for Fridays game (our most important game of the season) we be laughable! Drop your best Second Row for having a brain fart and reacting badly to some kind of provocation! How about the coach just does his job and tries to coach that element from him, dropping him could seriously affect his confidence. If he was a fairy we would all be whinging at him to show some kind of aggression

If we stuck to this mentality then players like Joel, Gaz Hock etc would never play

If he made contact with the head (I know its a big if) then we would not see him play again this season. Fans moan about Hocks brain farts, Joels last night was as daft as I have seen for a long time.

He didn't set out to kick him in order to injure him, it wasn't malicious at all just plain stupid, and it was rightly punished.

You don't know the rules do you? It's a yellow card offence. Find me an instance where the disciplinary has charged anyone for a professional foul. The RFL archive their disciplinary reviews on their website, so take as much time as you need.
